The saddle stitch bound edition is printed on letter sized paper. This means the rooms are slightly smaller (5" x 5" x 5") BUT you will be able to easily download and print replacement rooms if you need them. The deluxe coil bound edition is printed on A4 paper, so each room measures just under 6" x 6" x 6". The completed house measures one cubic foot, and it folds down to 12" x 12" x 1.25
