This is a pop-up, light-up card which can be used to send out Hanukah greetings — and as a fully functional flat-pack Menorah!
Move the match around and the candles light up one by one. Hebrew letters on the card exterior can be translated as “A Great Miracle Happened There” and the two pieces of gelt hide batteries which power the 9 yellow LEDs.
This download includes templates for the card and for the electric circuit you will need to cut from a sheet of self-adhesive copper. After you download the template click here for full step by step instructions and a list of all the materials and equipment you will need to complete the project. This is a very fun project, but it is not easy or cheap — so to make it a bit easier on you the template is FREE. However, if the spirit moves you, please support the artist and name your price!
Happy Hanukkah, Channukah, Hannukah, Chanukah or Chanukkah!
